"Finding things shouldn’t be this frustrating"
I tried using the site for a few minutes, but it was really confusing. I kept clicking around and ending up in what felt like the same places over and over. At some point I just gave up. It feels like if a site is asking for people’s time and trust, it should at least make it fair and easy to find what you’re looking for.

Renewing on bumblebls.com was easy enough, I guess, and it didn’t take too long once I found the right page. But I had to click around more than I expected, and the reminder email really wasn’t clear. It technically worked in the end, but the whole thing felt clunky and made me feel kind of stupid for trusting them to make it simple. 3 stars feels fair...

I gave bumblebls.com a try. It’s not awful or anything. It works, mostly like you’d expect. But then I looked at what I paid and kind of felt like... eh, really? I just expected a little more for the price. Maybe it’s fine for someone else, but for me it didn’t feel totally worth the money.

"I did get my certificate from Bumblebls..."
I did get my certificate from Bumblebls in the end, so I can’t say they didn’t deliver. But the whole process was a little annoying because the delivery took longer than I expected, and the updates were vague. It was a lot of “soon” or “it’s being processed” without any clear idea of when it would actually arrive. I had to follow up a couple times, which wasn’t ideal. Not a total disaster, but not exactly smooth either. Three stars feels about right.

"Took way too long to finish"
I tried bumblebls.com because a friend had mentioned it to me, so I figured the order would be handled in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, it ended up taking much longer than I was originally told, and the updates were unclear. I kept having to check in myself just to see what was going on.
By the time it was finally finished, the result didn’t feel worth all the waiting. If getting something done quickly matters to you, I probably wouldn’t recommend it. It just felt like a lot of my time was wasted

"Exam questions were frustratingly unclear"
I felt like some of the exam questions weren’t explained well at all. I spent way too much energy trying to figure out what they were even asking instead of focusing on answering them. It was frustrating and felt like a waste of effort.

"Course content felt really underwhelming"
I was disappointed with the course content, though I kept wondering if maybe I was just expecting too much. A lot of it felt really basic, like information I could probably find for free online after a quick search.
The lessons didn’t really go deep into the topics, and some sections felt rushed or like they were just being read off a slide. I kept thinking maybe the stronger examples were coming later, but they never really did.
For the price, I expected more. Maybe it works for someone who is completely new, but for me it didn’t feel worth it, and I don’t think I’d buy another course from here.

"Billing could be a lot clearer"
I was charged on time, so no issue there, but finding the invoice was more confusing than it should’ve been. Support did get back to me after about a day, which was fine, but it feels only fair that customers should be able to find billing info without having to dig around. Not a terrible experience, just something they really should make clearer.

Looked into the employer compliance info and it just felt unclear. Couldn’t really find any proof to back it up, so wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it.

I reached out to bumblebls.com support because I had a question about my order. They did get back to me and the reply was polite, but it took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next while waiting.
Once they finally answered, the information was useful enough, but the whole process felt a little unclear. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of slow and frustrating because the next steps weren’t explained very well

"Certificate got accepted, average overall"
My certification was accepted without any issues, which was nice, but the support was really kind of slow. Overall, it was fine, just nothing super special.
